In this context, we wish to strengthen our Software Quality & Delivery team with the search for a Technical Project Manager (h/f/x) to contribute to the technological advancement and implementation of new cross-sectional architectures to reduce technical debt. You will be responsible for the management and supervision of technological projects. By establishing a link between the teams and the architects of the division, your mission will be to ensure the delivery of solutions within deadlines, budget, and quality requirements.Your tasks:- Translate the cross-sectional solutions specified by the division & Cloud into structured project plans: scope, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.- Ensure that the project managers involved translate the solutions into their own projects, ensuring consistency and alignment.- Coordinate the technical teams of each project and ensure smooth communication among all participants.- Monitor the progress of work, identify risks, and propose corrective actions to ensure the success of projects within the stipulated deadlines and budgets.- Prepare and lead cross-sectional follow-up meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear and regular reporting of progress.- Oversee the drafting of various technical documents and progress reports throughout the project lifecycle.- Handle occasional cross-sectional task forces requiring enhanced coordination between multiple teams.- Define and track quality and technical debt KPIs and report them to management during follow-up sessions.Your profile:- Higher education in HES type, Bachelor / Master, EPFL.- Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing technical and cross-sectional projects.- Mastery of agile approaches and project management methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Prince2, or equivalent.- Good understanding of service-oriented architectures, cloud challenges, and Microsoft Azure security issues.- Ability to define, track, and report quality and performance-oriented KPIs and dashboards.- Excellent leadership skills with a strong ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.- Rigorous, with a sense of synthesis and reporting, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints.- Independent mindset and good aptitude for solving complex problems.- Good command of French and English, both written and oral.We offer you:- A healthy work environment in a mutual company labeled Best Employer.- Multiple social benefits, including flexibility in working hours.- Work within a dynamic and passionate team.- Human values centered on the well-being of employees.We look forward to receiving your complete application digitally (with CV, cover letter, work certificates, and diplomas). jidb9472d2aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
