Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Management Officer, you will take full charge of the technical management of a portfolio of buildings, ensuring their proper functioning and enhancement. You will handle tenant requests, coordinate interventions by partner companies, prepare work orders, oversee repair, maintenance and renovation works, while ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards. You will monitor maintenance contracts, participate in investment planning, manage the full handling of claims, as well as the management of various technical equipment. As the primary contact for tenants, members, caretakers and external partners on technical matters, you will provide pragmatic solutions and maintain a relationship of trust and a high level of service quality. Finally, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the cooperative’s practices by participating in the monitoring of technical files and asset development projects.
Your profile
Recognised for your organisational skills, autonomy and rigour, you appreciate varied responsibilities and know how to manage priorities pragmatically. Your interpersonal ease, diplomacy and sense of service enable you to build trusting relationships with a variety of demanding stakeholders and to operate comfortably in an environment where proximity is essential. With a technical education in building, construction or real estate, you have proven experience in the technical management of buildings, ideally acquired in Switzerland. You possess solid knowledge of building trades and are comfortable coordinating companies as well as overseeing works. You are proficient with IT tools and property management software, notably Quorum. Finally, you now wish to put your skills to work for a recognised cooperative where service quality and a spirit of collaboration are values lived daily.
