We are a Real Estate Group established in the French-speaking part of Switzerland with agencies in Geneva, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Fribourg, Sion, and Neuchâtel. In the context of our business development, we wish to hire, for our headquarters in Geneva, a future Technical Manager. Job Description: Establishing the entry and exit locations as well as the technical pre-requisites and ensuring the proper management of the portfolio of isolated lots based on the instructions from the owners and management guidelines; overseeing and executing maintenance work, regular visits to isolated lots, and meetings with property owners regarding calls. Establishing and monitoring purchase orders and quotes. Management and monitoring of claims.
