As a Technical Manager for Property Insurance, you will be responsible for the technical management of a corporate insurance portfolio (liability, property, buildings, technical, cyber, etc.), while bringing your expertise in risk analysis and claims handling, working with insurers, clients, and stakeholders. You will ensure regular contact with clients, primarily via email and telephone, complemented by in-person meetings or video conferences. You will also serve as a reference for your colleagues on complex files and actively contribute to the skill development of internal teams. Management of tenders and establishment of offers to clients. Follow-up and management of claims with insurance companies. Advising clients and managing the portfolio. Your profile: Confirmed experience in property insurance and holding a federal diploma as an insurance specialist or equivalent. Mastery of office tools and insurance management software (type Brokers, M-Files, MS Office), ability to simplify technical topics, analytical skills, precision, and autonomy. Comfort in client interaction and strong team spirit. Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.Work location: Fribourg. Work rate: 80% to 100%. Type of contract: CDI.Why join us?
