If you are motivated and dynamic, you are the person we are looking for to take on the position mentioned below:Technical InspectorReporting to the ELIS PEST CONTROL profit center manager, you will ensure the management of the Pest Control technical service in Switzerland. You will actively support the center manager in the management and development of the service's turnover and profitability. You will ensure the management of operations by organizing work, training, and supervising your team.Your mission essentially consists of:- Managing a team of technicians with the support of the customer service department. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the quality of service provided by your team.- Participating in operational processes and ensuring their implementation.- Making regular trips in French-speaking Switzerland and occasionally in German-speaking Switzerland to ensure quality control at our clients' sites with the technicians.- Regularly checking vehicles, equipment, and PPE made available to technicians and ensuring their proper maintenance.- Demonstrating strong and assertive leadership to train and support your team in the field as well as develop the skills of each individual.- Preparing and leading continuous training days and ensuring their proper implementation.- Commercially and technically coaching your team of technicians to very actively develop client turnover via cross-selling.- Ensuring good management of equipment and stocks to guarantee product availability for technicians while respecting safety rules.- Solving problems encountered at client sites, being a source of proposals to improve service quality, and guaranteeing a high level of client satisfaction.To achieve your objectives, you will benefit from close management including:- A complete training period on our products.- A mobile phone as a work tool.It is your dynamism and tenacity that will make the difference for the profile:- You have confirmed experience in team management and have strong leadership.- You are a very organized, proactive person and have a taste for teamwork.- You have knowledge of German (B1 level is an asset).- You are a very demanding person and highly appreciate meticulous work.- You master digital tools and have good knowledge of Switzerland.- You are handy, have a resourceful spirit, and do not have a fear of heights.- You have experience in pest control (an asset!).- You have a driver's license (an asset!).Has this awakened your curiosity for this position?
