## Description du poste ##

* You have the strategic and operational responsibility for the Customer Service and play a key role in building up the department
* You will lead a team of 5 people, actively promote the development of your employees and ensure their continuous further development
* In your role, you will develop and implement a global service concept, including associated strategies to optimise support for the market, customers service and after sales
* You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers technical problems are resolved and coordinating technical complaints
* Your role will include the further development and implementation of customer service to optimise support for the market and customers. You will also shape a successful approach in the after sales for the business unit

## Description du profil ##

* You have successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
* You have proven experience in similar customer service roles
* You have very good communication skills in German and are used to successfully applying your intercultural competences in a demanding, international environment
* Your analytical problem-solving skills enable you to quickly resolve issues for the client and see matters through to completion in a goal-oriented manner
* Your personality is characterised by a high sense of responsibility, creativity, and business orientation. Your leadership skills also enable you to coach and develop high-performing teams and liaise with managers at all levels
