Technical (Ventilated Facade) / Assistant Project Manager (100%) Façades Techniques SA, a subsidiary of Viteos SA, is a company specialized in ventilated facades dressed with various cladding. As a technician with a project dimension, you play a central role in the success of our projects. You are both a designer and a technician, in direct contact with architects, engineers, and the teams. Main responsibilities: Study and analyze projects with the project manager. Work closely with the project manager to optimize design and anticipate technical constraints. Develop technical drawings and assembly plans for our ventilated facade projects. Take precise measurements on site and ensure the updates of plans. Evaluate quantities and prepare order lists while looking for innovative solutions to improve quality and efficiency. Participate in the coordination and monitoring of projects (deadlines, prerequisites). A CFC (Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in metal construction, building, or equivalent. A federal diploma or an ES technician diploma in metal construction is an asset. Experience confirmed in the field of facades (ideally ventilated) or building envelope. Mastery of AutoCAD (or other equivalent CAD software), HICAD is a plus. A true understanding of construction techniques and Swiss standards. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, team spirit, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
