Technical Director of HVACSER Works 100%

Your missions:

  • As Technical Director of works, you participate in the realisation of a large-scale laboratory project in Ecublens, at the cutting edge of technology. You operate at the heart of a complex and demanding environment, requiring strong expertise in HVACSER installations as well as a good understanding of multidisciplinary interactions.

Initially, your activity is split between our Lausanne office and the project site. From March 2027, you will be present 100% on site for several years. Once this major project is completed, other projects may follow.

With the support of a competent and committed team of engineers, you ensure the technical and operational follow-up of HVACSER works across all SIA phases 41 to 53.

In this capacity, you:

  • Ensure the technical and financial monitoring and adherence to the work schedule
  • Organise the intervention schedule
  • Control the quality of the work carried out in accordance with the contracts
  • Actively participate in site and coordination meetings
  • Supervise the management of changes and ensure their updating
  • Contribute to the planning, execution and drafting of minutes in your field
  • Coordinate the HVACSER technical interfaces among themselves and with other disciplines

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Training in one of the HVACSER techniques
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical follow-up of HVACSER works and/or site management (experience in Switzerland is an asset)
  • Strong technical skills in your area of expertise and in multidisciplinary coordination, with good knowledge of other building technologies
  • Proven experience in complex or large-scale projects
  • Structured mindset, sense of responsibility and ability to manage demanding situations
  • Ease in communication and teamwork
  • Good knowledge of occupational safety requirements
  • Good spatial representation
  • Ability to use Revit
