You will work with various internal departments as well as suppliers to ensure reliable data. This position will allow you to develop your knowledge of industrial processes and contribute to an important project for the evolution of tools.TasksThe position focuses on the rigorous management of technical inventories and master data to prepare for the future deployment of advanced ERP solutions.- Participate in equipment inventories at various sites and at suppliers.- Update and control technical data to ensure its reliability.- Verify the quality of data related to items and report any inconsistencies.- Contribute to data management methods.- Collaborate with Support and Infrastructure teams on various projects.- Participate in the preparation of the future deployment of SAP S/4HANA.- Perform occasional travel to suppliers in Switzerland and abroad.Profile- ES Technician degree in technical, logistics, production, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in data management.- Advanced mastery of standard tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Excellent command of French in writing and speaking.- Analytical capacity, autonomy, and rigor.It is a plus if you possess:- Good knowledge of an ERP, ideally SAP or SAP S/4HANA.- Good level of English (B2 level desired).To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows:- Organized and methodical.- Curious and eager to learn.- Comfortable working with different stakeholders.- Autonomous and enjoying teamwork.- Attention to detail and quality.About the recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
