MarIndTec Suisse SA, based in Estavayer-le-Lac, is the Volvo Penta centre for Switzerland. We import marine and industrial engines as well as related components and support around 60 Volvo Penta authorised dealers throughout Switzerland. In addition to Volvo Penta, we are also responsible for the distribution of Tohatsu outboard motors in Switzerland and actively shape their market development.

Technical Customer Service & Technical Support Employee (80-100%)

You are technically skilled, enjoy working independently and want to actively contribute to the development of a dynamic company? Then we look forward to meeting you.

Your tasks:

• Technical advice and support for our Volvo Penta authorised dealers throughout Switzerland
• Analysis and handling of technical enquiries
• Coordination of warranty and customer service cases
• Support with technical training
• Collaboration with Volvo Penta and our partner companies
• Participation in the further development of our service organisation

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training, preferably as an agricultural, construction machinery or truck mechanic
• Further training as a workshop manager or diagnostic technician is an advantage. We also welcome applications from motivated professionals with development potential.
• Solid IT user skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• German at native or business fluent level. Good French skills or willingness to improve them

Your missions:

• Provide advice and technical support to our Volvo Penta partners throughout Switzerland.
• Analyse and process technical requests.
• Coordinate warranty cases and after-sales service files.
• Participate in the organisation and delivery of technical training.
• Work closely with Volvo Penta and our network of partners.
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our service organisation.

Your profile:

• Completed professional training, preferably as a mechanic for agricultural machinery, construction equipment or heavy goods vehicles.
• Additional training as a workshop manager or diagnostic technician is an asset. We also welcome applications from motivated professionals with strong development potential.
• Good knowledge of IT tools.
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented working method.
• Excellent knowledge of German (native or confirmed professional level). Good knowledge of French or willingness to develop it.
