Description

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support and assist internal and external customers with technical inquiries
  • Provide on-site technical consulting in Suisse romande, France, and occasionally in other European regions
  • Support customers with product launches, system settings, application trials, and quality assurance measures
  • Promote and deliver IGP services
  • Handle product complaints
  • Participate in exhibitions, technical conferences, and training sessions

What you bring along:

  • A qualified vocational background, ideally as a painter, coating technician, lab technician in coatings, or carpenter
  • Several years of experience in surface technology
  • Experience in handling technical complaints
  • Good verbal and written skills in French and English; additional languages are a plus
  • A communicative and team-oriented personality
  • High willingness to travel (40-80%), company car provided - also for private use
