Technical position 70% to 80% (fixed-term contract) Introduction The Municipality of Romanel-sur-Lausanne, together with the municipalities of Sullens and Jouxtens-Mézery, is offering a technical position 70% to 80% (fixed-term contract) Your missions As a technician, your main tasks will include: Monitoring and processing construction files. Supervision of public and private construction sites: ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal prescriptions in force. Support for the technical offices of the different municipalities for various tasks related to development and zoning. To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in building or equivalent title recognized; experience in the field of construction, architecture, or building regulations; strong interest in safety issues on construction sites. Ability to enforce regulations firmly while maintaining courtesy and professionalism. Autonomy, rigor, a sense of responsibility, and flexibility. Specific conditions: A driving license is required. The position involves regular travel across the three territories. Experience in public administration is a plus. The position is offered on a fixed-term contract until December 31. A transition to a permanent position may be considered depending on the evolution of the activity and budget resources.
