Unimed SA is seeking a Technical Buyer to strengthen its technical team. Your main missions include Procurement & Supplier Management, ensuring the management of activities in compliance with the requirements of the ISO quality system, selecting and qualifying new suppliers, managing supplier requests (RFI, RFQ), managing subcontracting and all logistical aspects, including transport, supporting the logistics manager for the sending and receiving of goods, and replacing them if necessary. You will communicate with suppliers on technical aspects, negotiate prices, conditions, and delivery deadlines, place orders with suppliers, monitor deadlines and carry out necessary follow-ups, manage suppliers and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions, and manage supplier discrepancies while ensuring follow-up on credit notes. Profile: Technician in a technical field or commercial employee with a technical profile.Experience: Experience in procurement or a similar role is a plus but not essential.Skills and qualities: Good interpersonal skills, reliability, interest in technical aspects, and proficiency with tools (MS Office, ERP).
