Technical – Offers & Back Office (Fire Safety Sales Department)For one of our partners, an SME in the Lausanne region with a wide reach that wishes to complete its team, we are looking for a Technical – Offers & Back Office (Fire Safety Sales Department).YOUR TASKSIn this role within the Fire Safety Sales department, you will interact mainly with clients by phone and email. Coming from a technical background, you will use your skills to take charge of and follow up on offers. Your responsibilities will include:- Analysis of client requests, costing and completion of technical offers and specific requests, and transmission to sales engineers or production departments.- Processing of technical correspondence and documentation (updating client lists, price lists, and data sheets, and monitoring technical documentation adapted to client needs).Note: This position is 100% Back Office, with no travel in the field. Junior profiles with a first successful experience in offer management are also welcome!TECHNICAL RIGOR – MASTERY OF OFFERS – GOOD CLIENT CONTACTYOUR PROFILETo succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate who presents the following requirements:- Initial technical training (technical degree, technician, or equivalent) with experience in managing offers within a technical structure.- Mastery of common tools, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.- French language skills with a B2 level in English, allowing for work and the drafting of offers autonomously in a technical context.- Autonomy, sense of organization, and ability to manage priorities.- Residence in proximity to the Lausanne region.AVAILABILITYImmediately or to be agreed upon.If you are interested in this position, please send us your complete file (CV + work certificates + diplomas).
