The Municipality of Blonay – 80% technical positionThe Municipality of Blonay – Saint-Légier is opening a competition for an 80% technical position within the Urban Planning and Works Department, Construction Police sector.Job Missions- Process and ensure the follow-up of construction police files;- Inform the various stakeholders as well as the public regarding procedures, municipal and cantonal regulations, zoning plans, and special plans;- Ensure the follow-up of construction permits and keep the municipal competence register up to date;- Perform on-site compliance checks of construction sites, verifying adherence to legal standards (safety, AEAI, etc.);- Ensure the issuance of occupancy permits or certificates of conformity.Profile and Skills- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in building construction or equivalent;- 5 years of professional experience;- Prior experience in the field of construction police or within a municipal department is an asset;- Good knowledge of standards and the relevant field;- Knowledge and mastery of administrative procedures;- Sense of organization, priority, and responsibility;- Sense of public service, open and flexible;- Capacity for analysis, synthesis, and critical thinking;- Autonomy and ability to integrate into a team;- Valid category B driving license.Start DateAs soon as possible or by agreement.We offer:- A stable and varied job within a dynamic team;- Modern work tools;- The social benefits of a public administration.Complete application file (CV, copies of diplomas, work certificates, and salary expectations) to be submitted by May 20 at the latest, via the website.Further information can be obtained from the Head of the Urban Planning Department.
