Technical Assistant ALTITUDE Sécurité Sàrl, a company specialized in fall protection devices as well as in the distribution of collective and individual protective equipment, is looking for a motivated and organized Technical Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about management and technical support, this position is for you! Your challenges: Receiving phone calls and managing email inboxes Participating in processes related to technical activities Ensuring follow-up on quote requests and collaborating with the internal team for follow-up on maintenance interventions with the maintenance service, and monitoring debtors Following updates on our clients in an Excel file Updating the database in ERP and on dedicated platforms Various tasks to support the technical service (construction warranty requests, review files, filing) Profile: CFC in business administration Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical environment. Excellent skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ease and ability to communicate. Rigor, proactivity, and attention to detail.
