You lead and develop the process engineering team responsible for scalable module assembly processes. This role combines team leadership and hands-on process engineering, from defining robust processes and ensuring manufacturability to supporting industrialization, production transfer and ramp-up. You'll also build and maintain strong relationships with external manufacturing partners and collaborate closely with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain through to serial production.

What you move

• Lead and develop a team of process engineers for module assembly processes
• Drive industrialization, production transfer, ramp-up and continuous improvement
• Partner with contract manufacturers to establish, optimize and scale manufacturing processes
• Develop process flows, conduct Process-FMEAs and drive process qualification and release

What you bring along

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Fluent English knowledge with proficient German skills
• Experience in process engineering and working with contract manufacturers and external suppliers
• The ability to lead teams, navigate complexity and communicate effectively across functions
