Team LeaderThis position consists of managing a team of social professionals while guaranteeing the quality and consistency of social assistance. It also includes file monitoring, particularly in the support of beneficiaries.Our client is a cantonal public service active in the field of social assistance, responsible for supporting people in vulnerable situations. It works closely with a network of institutions and partners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated support.MissionsAs a Team Leader, you will have the following responsibilities:Management and team leadership:- Supervise a team of approximately 7 to 8 people (social workers and administrative staff), organize daily work, distribute files, and ensure the proper functioning of the team.- Monitor individual and collective performance (annual reviews, objectives, feedback).- Manage absences, working time, and the planning of the team.- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees and manage conflicts, while maintaining a good working environment and quality of service.- Ensure the consistency of professional practices within the service.- Ensure compliance with the legal framework (social assistance, subsidiarity, current standards).- Supervise complex files and support employees in their processing.- Validate key decisions (budgets, assistance processes).- Ensure the monitoring of statistics and the production of reports (OFS, AIS, etc.).- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the service.- Ensure communication with the various internal departments and external partners.- Collaborate with institutions and organizations in the social network.Activity:- Manage a limited portfolio of files (approximately 10%).- Support beneficiaries, particularly refugees, in their integration, procedures, and financial monitoring of files.- Coordinate interventions with the actors involved in the care of the beneficiary.As a Team Leader, you have the following profile:- Bachelor's degree in social work (or equivalent) with complementary training in management.- Experience of 2 to 5 years in social assistance and team management.- Skills in leadership, decision-making, and conflict management.- Knowledge of social laws and the field of social assistance.- Skills in negotiation and coordination of multiple actors.- Autonomy, resistance to stress, and sense of responsibility.- Mastery of French, with good knowledge of German and English.Conditions and BenefitsOur client offers you:- A permanent position based in the region.- 5 weeks of vacation for a good balance between professional and private life.- A corporate culture focused on benevolence and the possibility of contributing to projects. jid894537baen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
