The CMS READOM is an innovative programme specialised in home rehabilitation. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for a maximum of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their relatives and the care network.

For the creation of this position we are looking for a



Team Leader (TL)

MISSION
You will manage a team of around thirty people. You will contribute to the recruitment and development of collaborators, as well as to the smooth running of the service. You will supervise the flow and scheduling of staff interventions with our clients. You will work closely with the centre manager.

PROFILE SOUGHT

  • Several years of experience in rehabilitation
  • Knowledge of and interest in flow management
  • Commitment to an evolving organisational dynamic
  • Basic training in nursing or occupational therapy and experience in various care fields
  • Management training or willingness to train
  • Experience in management, team leadership and supervision
  • Experience in home care is an asset
  • Initiative, good communication skills
  • Analytical skills and adaptability to a changing environment
  • Rigor and scientific sensitivity
  • Proficiency in common IT tools
  • Ability to work interdisciplinarily
  • Positive attitude, open-mindedness
