Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for a team of psychologists in post-compulsory education, develop staff skills and promote clinical exchanges.
  • Participate in managing the services of psychologists in post-compulsory education and ensure decisions are implemented.
  • Support the training mission of vocational schools or grammar schools by providing specific skills and knowledge within the institution. Provide specific assistance to adolescents and young adults in education who face emotional, relational, learning, behavioural or integration difficulties to promote their development and social, educational and professional integration.
  • Collaborate with parents, school stakeholders and other involved parties, bringing specific knowledge in relational, learning, behavioural or developmental areas to enable actions or adjustments in the school context for the benefit of the young person or group of young people in difficulty.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology and postgraduate qualification in psychology required (specialisation in child and adolescent, psychotherapy, clinical psychology or neuropsychology).
  • Certified additional training in psychology (min. 15 ECTS credits) or non-certified additional training in the relevant field (equivalent in scope to certified training) validated by the service or training title in a related field (education, psychology, sociology, etc.)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, interest in multidisciplinary work and teamwork. Training in team leadership is desirable.
