Flexsis Geneva construction, within the framework of several civil engineering projects (bridges, reinforced concrete structures, retaining walls and infrastructures), we are looking for an experienced Team Leader Mason Formworker Shuttering Carpenter (M/F).
Job Description
Supervise, organise and coordinate a team of mason formworkers shuttering carpenters.
Plan the work in collaboration with the site manager.
Carry out and supervise traditional and metal formwork, shuttering, reinforcement and concreting work.
Ensure the quality of execution of reinforced concrete structures in accordance with the plans.
Ensure compliance with deadlines, safety standards and quality requirements.
Manage equipment needs and monitor the daily progress of the work.
Profile Sought
Proven experience as a Team Leader Mason Formworker Shuttering Carpenter, ideally on civil engineering projects.
Excellent command of traditional formwork, shuttering, reinforcement and reinforced concrete.
Plan reading and good knowledge of construction techniques in civil engineering.
Autonomous, rigorous and with an excellent sense of responsibility.
Recognised leadership, with a real ability to manage, motivate and develop a team.
Driving licence, an advantage.
