Your Tasks
Lead and develop the Integrated Logistics Support team within customer support
Develop support solutions based on customer requirements and business needs
Support bids, offers and long-term customer support contracts
Forecast material and service requirements to support aircraft operations
Prepare support cost estimates, financial analyses and forecasts
Work closely with supply chain, technical support, sales, programme management and engineering

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Several years of experience in aviation, customer support, logistics, commercial management or a technical aftermarket environment
Experience leading and developing a team, or strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and support others
Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
Very good English skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels; German is an advantage
Good understanding of Integrated Logistics Support, customer support or aircraft maintenance concepts
