To strengthen the team of our client, a landscaping company from Vaud, we are looking for a Team Leader in Landscaping specialised in creation to work on various outdoor landscaping projects.
Team Leader in Landscaping
- Federal VET Diploma in Landscaping or equivalent training.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in landscape creation.
- Successful experience in team management.
- Organisational skills, autonomy and initiative.
- Driving licence essential (category B, BE an advantage).
- Good presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organise and supervise landscaping creation sites.
- Lead and motivate a team of landscaping workers.
- Actively participate in the execution of works:
- Earthworks
- Paving and flagging
- Walls and outdoor landscaping
- Planting and turfing
- Creation of gardens and green spaces
- Ensure respect for deadlines, quality and safety regulations.
- Be the on-site contact person for clients and management.
