They also ensure sovereignty in the fields of digital services and public space maintenance.ROLEThe Team Leader is responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising landscaping activities (flower beds, shrubs, lawns, green spaces, urban furniture) and ensuring aesthetic quality across the entire site of Prilly. His role is to guarantee that work is carried out according to quality standards, safety, and within deadlines. • Manage requests for goods receipt and validate invoice reception.• Collaborate in maintaining inventories.• Organize and plan tasks for team members in the field based on planned and unplanned activities.• Organize, monitor, and coordinate heavy work or projects executed by external contractors.• Ensure the smooth running of activities, from startup to completion.• Contribute to winter service: assist in snow removal and salting of roads and paths.• Team management: lead and motivate the team by fostering a good team spirit and efficiency.• Train and support team members for the development of their technical and professional skills.• Quality and safety control: ensure the quality of the work performed and its compliance with the specifications.• Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement risk prevention procedures.• Manage supplies and equipment: handle procurement of necessary materials and products and ensure their proper management. Supervise the maintenance and proper functioning of machines and tools.• Client relationship: be the direct contact for clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. Report on the progress of works and solve any issues in conjunction with his hierarchy.• Federal supervisory certificate in landscaping or garden maintenance or equivalent title in landscaping, horticulture, or related field.• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.• Driver’s license category B, or C1 + trailer.• Interest in environmental issues and in working techniques that are environmentally friendly.• Good knowledge of perennial plant beds.• Ability to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, in accordance with the required pace.• Sense of autonomy, good organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. • Team spirit and respect for safety rules.• Proficiency in French, knowledge of English and/or German being a plus.• Good command of Microsoft O365, MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, SAP office software.The working hours may vary according to the needs and requirements of the service. The work is mainly outdoors, subject to weather conditions.
