For one of our clients, we are looking for a Building Team Leader (M/F). Missions: Management skills: ability to lead a team, to motivate and to be a model of leadership. Autonomy and proactivity: ability to identify and implement suitable solutions to the challenges encountered. Availability and rigor: effective priority management and commitment to the tasks assigned with energy and engagement. Minimum 2 years of successful experience as a team leader in Switzerland.
