Team Leader Building and Civil Engineering Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team on building and civil engineering sites. Plan the work with the site manager. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with deadlines. Participate in structural work and assist the team on the progress of the sites and report necessary issues to the management and ensure proper compliance with the requirements in the building or civil engineering field (bricklayer, team leader, foreman, or equivalent). Confirmed experience in team management on building sites (ideally supplemented by experience in infrastructure or public works). Ability to read plans and strong sense of working independently.
