Join our team of over 300 and become our:What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating:- You lead and support the members of the LPP active insured team (15 people)- You participate in management (professional processing and customer service)- You guarantee the quality of work through good coaching- You support the Manager in their activities and you are involved in company projects related to your department- You participate in projects and initiate improvements to the team's work processes (including tests)What you bring to HOTELA:- You have experience in management - The Federal Diploma in social insurance is an asset- You have experience in supervising a team of managers and possess very good skills in management- French speaker, you have excellent knowledge of German or vice versa- You are a flexible, available person and you possess a developed sense of human relations- Thanks to your leadership, you know how to manage and motivate your team.
