We are looking for a

REPORTING/LOCATION
Le Mont-sur-Lausanne

MISSION
You will manage a team of around forty people, composed of cleaning assistants, versatile health assistants, ASSC and nurses. You will contribute to the recruitment and development of collaborators, as well as to the smooth running of the service. You will supervise the planning of staff interventions with our clients, who have a disability or a state of physical or psychological dependence. You will work closely with your fellow team leader, as well as with the centre manager.

PROFILE

• Basic nursing training and experience in various care fields
• Experience in home care, an asset
• Management training
• Experience in management, team leadership and supervision
• Initiative, good communication skills
• Good adaptability to significant changes
• Ability to work independently and handle crisis situations
• Positive attitude, open-mindedness, dynamism and rigour
• Proficiency in common computer software
