Case and task management: Manage client cases within the intervention processes and partially assume the responsibilities associated with your position, including monitoring and following up in accordance with established protocols. Project management: Be involved in several concrete development projects by working closely with the center manager; your role as a leader and mentor will be crucial to guide and support your team, thereby reinforcing your position as a reference within your profile. Medical professional graduated, you have a professional experience in the field of care (ideally at home) and prior management experience, along with interpersonal skills that allow you to leverage your skills to thrive in complex environments.
