Main activities

  • You assist the workshop manager in organising and coordinating workflows
  • You provide technical support to mechanics and apprentices, give clear instructions and support team development
  • You check the work carried out in terms of safety and efficiency
  • You carry out precise diagnostics and actively participate in repair work
  • You independently plan team assignments, monitor deadlines and ensure flawless and high-quality order processing
  • You are a key contact for workshop reception and support invoicing as well as organisational tasks
  • You implement occupational safety and health protection measures within your area of responsibility
  • You actively participate in team culture, promote cohesion and embody the spirit of our brand within the workshop
  • You are responsible for integrating new employees
  • If interested, you can also take responsibility for our apprentices

What we expect from you

  • Completed training as a vehicle mechatronics technician with a federal certificate of competence (CFC) in commercial vehicles
  • Additional training as a diagnostician is desirable
  • Several years of experience in a workshop
  • First experience in personnel management or willingness to take on this responsibility
  • High autonomy, persuasive ability and team spirit
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliable working method
  • Driving licence category B / C is an advantage
