Due to a succession plan, we are looking for our waste management company in Ziefen (BL) for a:Team Leader - Coarse and Fine Sorting - 100%Your tasks:- Active participation, particularly in the sorting of waste- Optimization of processes and workflows of the Coarse and Fine Sorting department- Personnel management and task monitoring- Monitoring of processing throughput and quality- Monitoring of safety checks for deliveries, collections, and transport of special waste collections in municipalities as well as cleaning services and at customer sites- Transmission of monthly inventoriesYour profile:- Completed professional training in a chemical-technical field- Professional experience in a technical and chemical work environment- Several years of experience in team management- Driving license B and forklift license desired- Good oral and written understanding of German- Punctuality, stress resistance, reliability, and rigor in workWe offer you:- A modern work environment within a rapidly evolving company.
