YOU WILL: • Schedule milk collection routes according to sites, types of milk, and legal constraints. • Supervise, support, and motivate drivers, while ensuring the onboarding and support of new ones. • Guarantee compliance with legal regulations (OTR, ADR if applicable) and manage RPLP accounts. • Optimize transport costs and performance using key indicators, proposing continuous improvements. • Ensure smooth communication with milk and cream suppliers, partners, and internal services. • Manage unforeseen events such as delays, absences, or breakdowns, and quickly implement effective solutions. • Participate in on-call service and coordinate, in co-decision, the distribution of bulk liquid products for all sites. WHAT YOU BRING: • A professional certificate in logistics, transport, or the dairy industry/agriculture, or an equivalent, with a genuine interest and strong affinity for these fields. • Proven experience in road transport, ideally in the agri-food environment, complemented by team management experience. • Good knowledge of Swiss regulations (OTR 1) concerning road transport and safety. • Knowledge of Office tools. • Leadership with a strong capacity to prioritize and manage unforeseen events, an ability to make decisions with composure, excellent communication skills, a strong sense of customer service, as well as flexibility and availability (sometimes irregular hours). • Fluent in French or German with good knowledge of the other language.
