N.I.S. New Investment Solutions AG is an independent Swiss service provider specializing in controlling, investment analysis, and family office services. We support an international clientele with tailored solutions and a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and discretion.
To strengthen our team in Pfäffikon, Schwyz, we are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities
Preparing and drafting investment analysis reports
Providing clients and internal team members with relevant information and data, both verbally and in writing
Monitoring and controlling orders, transactions, payments, and related financial processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
Communicating directly with clients, banks, lawyers, Tax accountants, and other partner institutions via email and telephone
Supporting client servicing activities and coordinating day-to-day operational tasks
Handling general office administration, documentation, and correspondence
Assisting in various projects and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site in Pfäffikon, Schwyz
Valid Swiss work permit
Solid understanding of investment products and financial markets
At least 2 years of professional experience in the financial industry
Family office experience is an advantage
A commitment to trust above all else
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Excellent written and spoken English
Japanese language skills preferable
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly strong proficiency in ExcelStrong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Independent, well-organized, and capable of working accurately and efficiently under pressure
Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and intellectual curiosity
