In its five homes located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Child and Adolescent Center), Chêne-Bougeries, and in the City of Geneva (Adult Center), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also supports young people in initial training and employs a significant number of people in adapted employment.For its school and Clair Bois-Lancy, it is looking for:A specialized teacherMission:Guarantee and promote the support of specialized schooling for students, in close collaboration with the staff of the various sectors of the specialized school and the parents.Develop pedagogical tools that promote student learning in the acquisition of knowledge, socio-emotional skills, autonomy, and communication, and develop support processes for the quality system.Responsibilities:Ensure and organize the functioning of the class in close collaboration with multidisciplinary pedagogical-therapeutic teams, parents, and partners, and get involved in the classes and support pedagogical activity in multidisciplinarity.Engage in a dynamic of school inclusion.Develop an assessment and the pedagogical objectives of the school project for students enrolled in the class.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and individualized school project meetings.Supervise interns or MESP students within their class.Profile:Hold a recognized specialized teaching diploma in Switzerland.Interest in children with multiple disabilities, experience in pedagogical work and its specific approaches, and the ability to adapt.Experience and/or interest in augmented and alternative communication.Good interpersonal skills and dynamism.Knowledge of the Swiss school system or a valid work permit.We offer:A stimulating and varied work environment.Salary and working conditions: according to the CCT AGOEER and internal regulations of the Clair Bois Foundation.Activity rate: 70%Application deadline: [Date removed]Function class: class 18 of the salary scale of the Canton of Geneva.Start date: Fixed-term contract from [Date removed] to [Date removed].
