Your areas of activity with us

• Plan and deliver teaching in didactics, mainly in the minor "Teaching and Counselling"
• Support students during teaching placements and supervise their work
• Acquire and successfully carry out research projects focused on vocational education in Switzerland and abroad
• Plan and successfully conduct continuing education courses dealing with didactics in vocational training
• Support internal continuing education in didactics

Your qualifications, ideally

• Master’s degree in the field of educational sciences or didactics, or a master’s degree in vocational education with additional qualification in didactics
• In-depth knowledge of pedagogy and didactics
• Several years of teaching experience, ideally at the vocational education level
• Experience in research and success in acquiring competitive third-party funding
• Native French or German speaker with excellent command of the other language; knowledge of English for international projects
