As a TCE Renovation Specialist, you contribute to the technical, financial and methodological analysis of tender documents, with a comprehensive all-trades approach, in order to produce reliable, competitive offers consistent with the project constraints. You play a central role in securing the bids submitted to clients.



TCE Renovation Specialist (M/F)


Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • You analyse tender documents (plans, specifications, terms of reference, technical reports, diagnostics, schedules and contractual documents) to identify sensitive points, inconsistencies, risks and specific constraints related to renovation projects.
  • You carry out or coordinate measurements and quantities for all trades, establish cost estimates by trade and analyse constructive solutions, variants and possible optimisations.
  • You consult companies, suppliers and subcontractors, analyse and negotiate received offers in order to build cost prices and consolidate the overall financial offer.
  • You participate in drafting technical, methodological and organisational notes, as well as in developing phasing, site installation principles, access, logistics and maintenance of existing activities.
  • You identify differentiating points of the offer and propose solutions for rationalisation, securing or optimisation of the project.
  • You prepare the necessary elements for hearings, presentations and clarification meetings with the client and their representatives.
  • You collaborate with the study and works teams and ensure coordination with representatives, engineers, architects, companies and suppliers until the file is handed over to the works teams.


Why not you?

  • Do you hold a qualification as an engineer, architect, experienced site manager or equivalent in the building sector?
  • Do you have proven experience in cost studies, site management or technical project management for renovation projects?
  • Do you have a good knowledge of the construction market, companies, costs by trade and cost structuring methods in Switzerland (CFC)?
  • Are you comfortable with complex renovation, transformation, rehabilitation or extension projects, ideally in general contracting, total contracting, construction economics office or site management?
  • Do you demonstrate an analytical mind, rigour and precision in costing, with the ability to anticipate risks and propose pragmatic solutions?
  • Are you proficient with office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable reading plans and using measurement or estimation tools?
  • Are you autonomous, responsive, with good synthesis skills and enjoy coordinating with various technical interlocutors?
  • Do you speak French fluently? English and/or German are an asset.
