Then, nice to meet you!For our department in our Mont-sur-Lausanne or Zürich branch, we are looking for a: Specialist in Tariff Control and Efficiency (f/m)Your challenges:- Collect relevant data to establish: use available tools or request data from the responsible service.- Process and optimize using: benchmarking, trends, proportions, and carry out targeted controls based on deviations with the results and establish relationships with care providers following these analyses to obtain a rebate or other necessary actions.- Participate in cross-functional projects.- Collaborate with the legal service in case of proceedings with providers and before the courts.Your talents:- Degree in X, finance, or law (university or higher professional school) with a minimum of 5 years in an analyst/management control function, ideally complemented by experience in the health sector (health insurance, hospital...).- In-depth knowledge of the tariff area (particularly Tarmed, Tardoc, and SwissDRG) and health.- You are fluent in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language.- Advanced skills in tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel...- Equipped with a developed team spirit and comfortable in contacts, you possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills.- You are able to assert yourself and provide clear communication during exchanges and show autonomy, being quick in decision-making.Our benefits:- 40-hour work week (100%).- Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation.- Possibility of monthly reimbursement for travel expenses if social transportation subscriptions are used, and significant reduction on health insurance.- Internal entry welcome: Immediately or as agreed.- Activity rate: 80% - 100%.- Work location: Mont-sur-Lausanne or Zürich. jid1e52eeeaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
