Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services notably in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.


As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.


At Trianon SA, we offer young talents as well as people undergoing professional retraining the opportunity to discover and learn an exciting profession within our teams based in Nyon, who will be moving to the Paudex site at the beginning of 2027.


Thanks to on-the-job training and support from our specialists, you will develop the skills necessary to progress in the world of payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Handling various administrative tasks related to payroll management (family allowances, employer certificates, APG…)
  • Introduction to data entry and processing of changes in our management system
  • Training in salary calculation, control and validation
  • Training in generating payment files and accounting entries
  • Participation in monthly and annual closings
  • Regular contact with various social/administrative institutions and clients in French and English
  • Training in the periodic preparation of withholding tax statements and annual tax certificates


Your profile

  • Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Business or commercial maturity or University of Applied Sciences degree or equivalent training
  • Professional experience in an administrative position, ideally in payroll management in Switzerland
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2), German is an asset
  • Strong customer orientation and sense of service
  • Affinity with numbers, sense of confidentiality and responsibility
  • Excellent organisation, thoroughness and good stress resistance in a multi-client environment
  • Curious, dynamic personality with a spirit of initiative
