As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.

Thanks to on-the-job training and support from our specialists, you will develop the skills necessary to progress in the world of medical expenses, health insurance, and client advisory.


Your mission

  • Support and advise clients on all matters related to the management of medical expenses
  • Ensure the complete administrative follow-up of files and guarantee their compliance (management of entries, exits, and changes in the status of insured persons)
  • Prepare insurance offers
  • Manage insurance coverages, affiliations, and changes
  • Process insurer files, premium billings, and HR reporting
  • Participate in tenders and negotiations with partner insurers
  • Work closely with HR departments, insurers, and external partners
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and digital tools


Your profile

  • Commercial training (CFC, commercial maturity, HES/HEG or equivalent)
  • First professional experience in insurance, medical expenses, or client advisory
  • Good knowledge of health insurance (notably LAMal and LCA) is an asset
  • Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2, ideally C1)
  • Good command of IT tools and digital applications
  • Excellent customer orientation and sense of service
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different interlocutors
  • Proactive, curious personality who enjoys working in a team
  • Excellent organisation, rigor, and good stress resistance
  • Sense of responsibility, discretion, and professional awareness
