Thanks to an on-the-job training programme and the support of our specialists, you will develop the skills necessary to progress in the world of occupational pension.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in the daily administrative management of pension fund members’ files
- Respond to various client requests by email or telephone
- Work closely with a team of specialists who will support you in your daily activities
- Participate in updating and verifying member data in internal systems
Your profile
- Commercial CFC/maturity or higher education (Certificate, Bachelor HEG)
- Some professional experience in an administrative role
- Comfortable with numbers and client contact
- Proficient with IT and digital collaboration tools
- Curious, dynamic personality with a proactive mindset
- Pragmatic approach to work and a strong taste for teamwork
- Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of German (B2) and/or English (B2)
