Within our talent acquisition team, you will be the driving force behind searches.Key function: your role will consist of finding talent.Sourcing & Recruitment:- Definition of needs, drafting of job advertisements.- Active sourcing: adapt your search techniques according to profiles and source on different channels.- Selection of the best talent.- CV screening + responses.- Conduct pre-selection interviews (by phone or video) to qualify skills and evaluate motivation.- Management of talent pools: Develop and animate a community of qualified candidates to anticipate our future needs.- Work hand in hand with talent advisors to understand the technical challenges of the positions and find the best candidates for open positions.- Administer tests to candidates in support of consultants and synthesize/write candidate reports.- Management of orders, advertisements, client files, and candidate files.Profile:- Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, ideally in a placement agency: 2 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position as a sourcer or recruiter in Switzerland.- Technical knowledge of industry professions.- Skills: Excellent mastery of sourcing tools.- Team spirit & collaboration: You enjoy working in synergy with different departments.
