The Lead Systèmes of the Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHVi) is the privileged partner of 12 regional hospitals and healthcare institutions in the canton of Vaud. The FHVi supports them in the numerous challenges of digital transformation in the healthcare sector and its main missions are to plan, design, implement, and operate the information system. You intervene on subjects of architecture, resilience, and evolution of systems while ensuring the management of a team of engineers. You actively participate in technological choices, the resolution of complex incidents, and the management of projects that support the activities of the organization.Responsibilities:Technical Expertise & Architecture- Act as the technical reference for FHVi infrastructures.- Design, evolve, and maintain systems and storage architectures.- Define technical standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines.- Participate in technological choices and technical trade-offs.- Guarantee the availability, performance, and resilience of infrastructures.- Intervene on complex incidents and major level 3 incidents.Security & Service Continuity- Contribute to the security of infrastructures and data.- Collaborate with the CISO on cybersecurity issues.- Participate in the management of vulnerabilities and security incidents.- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery plans.- Guarantee compliance with standards and compliance requirements.Technical Leadership & Management- Act as the technical reference for the systems team, the escalation point for complex incidents and level 3 technical issues.- Coordinate the daily activities of the team: task distribution, progress tracking, and priority management.- Ensure technical coaching and skills development for team members.- Promote knowledge sharing within the team: feedback and best practices.- Participate in the definition of the systems technical roadmap in conjunction with IT management.- Participate in infrastructure deployment and evolution projects.Run Maintenance- Guarantee the stability and availability of systems infrastructures in production on a daily basis.- Ensure the effective processing of incidents and service requests within the allotted time, ensuring compliance with defined service levels.- Supervise the health of critical systems and services via the monitoring tools in place.- Produce and regularly communicate performance reports (KPIs) to management: service availability, backlog volume, resolution rate, and processing times.- Identify recurring problems and implement sustainable corrective actions.- Ensure service continuity during planned interventions (maintenance, updates) in coordination with the teams concerned.Projects & Innovation- Contribute to infrastructure deployment and evolution projects.- Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps.- Identify innovation opportunities.- Perform active technological monitoring.- Propose innovative solutions meeting business needs and organizational challenges.Profile Sought- Higher education degree in IT (HES Engineer, EPF, or equivalent title).- Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering and infrastructure.- Experience in critical and complex environments.- First experience in technical management or team leadership appreciated.Technical Skills- Solid expertise in Linux and/or Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Exchange, PKI, PowerShell).- Advanced mastery of storage and virtualization technologies.- Very good knowledge of high availability architectures, redundant infrastructures, and active/active setups.- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity for systems.- Experience with supervision and observability tools.Personal Qualities- Passion for technology and leadership based on expertise and listening.- Analytical capacity and ability to solve complex problems.- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.- Autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Service-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.Languages- French: excellent oral and written command. jida3511b9aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
