As a System Engineer, you will manage Level 3 support incidents, infrastructure maintenance, and empower users through training and improved service delivery. It is required so we can process your application.Work tasks- Handle complex incidents from Level 1 and Level 2 support.- Perform root cause analysis using logs and crash dump analysis.- Execute device security tasks using PowerShell.- Document technical procedures and share knowledge with support teams through training such as tip sheets and short recordings.- Deliver training sessions to employees on productivity tools.We are looking for- Student or holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.- Knowledge of modern workplace technologies like Entra ID, Autopilot, and Intune.- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic knowledge of endpoint security solutions.- Advanced proficiency in English (C1).- Clean criminal record.- Responsible / Goal oriented / Stress tolerant / Social.It is meritorious if you have- Good knowledge of French and/or German.- Developed your own scripts in PowerShell for automation.- Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).Our recruitment processThis recruitment process is handled by our recruitment partner and it is our client's wish that all questions regarding the position are directed to them.
