We are seeking a skilled IT System Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize modern IT infrastructures across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. They offer a lot of flexibilities to their employees.DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.- Administer and support highly available, secure, and scalable production infrastructure, including cloud adoption compliance with security standards, best practices, and performance requirements.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and system issues.- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver business-focused IT solutions.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure architecture, and processes.Technical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of:- Microsoft ecosystem technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Windows Server, and cloud services.- Infrastructure security solutions such as backup, endpoint protection, XDR, monitoring, SIEM, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalent technologies).- Enterprise networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless networks, load balancing, and security, storage, and compute infrastructure.- Deployment, endpoint management, and automation tools such as Intune, MECM/SCCM.Profile- Bachelor s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and managing enterprise IT infrastructure, with experience delivering infrastructure projects from inception to completion.- Strong analytical and troubleshooting approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.Offer- A challenging and technically advanced environment.- Exposure to diverse infrastructure technologies and IT projects.- Opportunities for professional growth, and career development.- A collaborative and supportive team culture.- Competitive salary and benefits package. jid6023bb7aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
