We are at home across Europe and always close to you.System Engineer (f/m/d)On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a System Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the entry point for incidents and requests forwarded by the helpdesk and clients, supporting the Systems, Networks, and Access Management teams.Mission- Ensure the handling of incidents and requests transferred by the helpdesk or created directly by clients.- Analyze, qualify, and prioritize the backlog of unassigned tickets, ensuring the completeness of necessary information for processing.- Independently process issues relevant to multiple areas of infrastructure and intervene directly when the request can be resolved without escalation.- Request the Systems, Networks, or Access Management teams when specific expertise is required, then ensure that the competent contact is informed as a last resort.- Document the actions taken and contribute to the knowledge base as well as to the smooth processing of requests.Profile- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in systems or infrastructure, with a good ability to operate in a multi-faceted environment, capable of handling multi-domain tickets and ensuring an effective interface between the helpdesk, clients, and multiple teams.- Mastery of Windows Server, Linux environments, and VMware knowledge.- Knowledge of ITSM tools, with a proven ability to analyze, structure, and prioritize a ticket backlog.- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) appreciated, as well as an understanding of regulatory environments.- Rigor in execution and ability to collaborate effectively in a proposal.Benefits:- 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Workplace: latest technologies and modern work environment.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented industry.Job number: AROQL112Kevin Brosse | | Bechtle Switzerland SABechtle Switzerland SA has certified expertise in: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
