Tools, systems and networksJob descriptionThe Directorate General for Education (DGEP) is responsible for the levels between the end of compulsory schooling and higher education. It offers training within 16 high schools and 13 vocational schools and brings together more than [number redacted] staff. To strengthen the Systems Unit (USI), we are looking for a Mac workstation specialist.Responsibilities- Ensure the proper functioning of the systems in our MacOS environment by guaranteeing the maintenance of the various components with a focus on quality, productivity, and security.- Guarantee support to users and colleagues within the entity as part of incident resolution and service request processing activities.- Participate in the design, testing, and deployment phase of projects related to new systems or the evolution of existing ones.- Coordinate the activities of managers/representatives within the establishments in the context of projects and systems.- Contribute to the definition of the technical architecture of systems, standards, dependencies, procedures, and, depending on the criticality of the systems, identify actions to ensure business continuity.For further information, you can consult the job description here.Profile- Degree in the IT field or equivalent experience.- Mastery of the MacOS environment and Jamf solutions.- General technical mastery and experience in MacOS fields of at least 5 years.- Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes.- Knowledge of managing a Windows fleet via Microsoft Intune and SCCM.- English read, spoken, and written (level B2).Who are we?The Directorate General for Education (DGEP) ensures the levels between the end of compulsory schooling and higher education, namely vocational training and high school education.
