As a System Engineer, you will have a variety of significant responsibilities, including the design, development, and integration of flight control systems for our products. You will define flight control architectures and system requirements based on performance, safety, and operational goals. Additionally, you will take charge of the system design for assigned electrical and electronic systems throughout the product lifecycle. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining design data, including specifications, wiring diagrams, configurations, interface definitions, and test procedures. You will lead the prototype assembly of components and systems and support the integration of systems within the aircraft. Furthermore, you will assist in ground and flight testing, addressing troubleshooting needs as they arise and conducting root cause analysis. Managing avionics components and system suppliers will be part of your tasks, ensuring compliance with the required quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will hold higher education qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, along with over 5 years of relevant experience in electrical, electronics, avionics, or system integration engineering. A strong expertise in electrical flight control systems and a hands-on mindset will be essential for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges. The position requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced company, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills across disciplines. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
