As part of the strengthening of our management and security competence center, we are looking for a System X – SecOps & GRC Specialist (100%)YOUR FUTURE MISSION- Ensure IT infrastructure operations: incident resolution, request processing, service supervision, and backup monitoring- Contribute to security by supervising alerts, participating in security incident management, and collaborating with the SOC- Implement and maintain security tools (EDR/XDR, SIEM, etc.) and contribute to their integration into the IT infrastructure- Ensure vulnerability management: identification and monitoring of patches and industrialize security tasks and controls via scripting and adapted tools- Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities: implementation of controls, participation in ISO audits, and production of compliance evidence- Participate in risk monitoring and continuous improvement of the security posture, in connection with IT teams and the CISO- Contribute to cross-functional actions: collaboration with teams and cybersecurity awareness campaignsYOUR PROFILE- CFC or equivalent- Min. 3-5 years of confirmed experience (or equivalent) in IT and network systems and infrastructure operations- Experience in the field of security and in particular in response to security events and controls- Good knowledge of server, network, supervision, and backup environments- Interest in handling complex incidents in collaboration with client teams and external suppliers- Sense of rigor and ability to manage priorities- Possessing excellent communication skills and you are attentive to needs and client-oriented, and you know how to work autonomously and in a teamOUR OFFER- Competitive salary valuing your skills- Opportunities for development and training- Advantageous social insurance- Days off granted in addition to legal holidays- Flexible hours and teleworking- CFF train station less than 10 minutes walk away- Access to exclusive discountsCOMPANY CULTURECIGES is above all about joining a Valais-based company in full development, dynamic and modern where your ideas and suggestions will be welcome.
