As part of strengthening the IT team, we are looking for a Systems & Support professional capable of operating in a demanding environment. You will be involved with both Microsoft infrastructures and customer support, with a strong emphasis on reactivity. The client is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Geneva.Missions:- Ensure and maintain the Microsoft environments (On-Premise and Cloud).- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.- Participate in support (level 1/2/3) and incident resolution.- Prioritize and handle requests in an environment requiring the execution of certain tasks via PowerShell scripting.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes.- Participate in infrastructure development projects.Profile:- Confirmed experience in a similar position in systems and support.- Good mastery of Microsoft On-Premise environments and Microsoft 365.- Knowledge of: Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint (a plus).- Skills in PowerShell scripting (knowledge or willingness to learn).- Ability to handle stress and prioritize requests effectively.- Involved, rigorous, and solution-oriented person.- Interest in challenging IT environments.- Professional English.Conditions and Benefits:- Dynamic environment. jida8e222eaen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
