100% position in Pully, the 7th city of the Canton with its residents, is emerging as a major player in the regional development of the eastern Lausanne area. Its municipality is, like itself, a dynamic entity of 250 employees, particularly encouraging ongoing preventive actions in health and mobility. To complement the staff of the Municipal Systems Service, the City of Pully is offering a 100% position. Mission: Take charge of, monitor, and resolve incidents and Help Desk requests. Support others and the service according to skills. Participate in projects and key systems. Main tasks: 1st and 2nd level support, on-site interventions, execution of activities with solutions and systems operated in accordance with specifications and task directives of the service, assistance with project tasks. Requirements: Completion of vocational training (CFC) or experience deemed equivalent. Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in an environment with more than 100 workstations. Good knowledge of Microsoft office systems and products, particularly Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Office 365. Basic knowledge of networks, including VLAN, IP, DHCP, DNS, as well as MS X of ITIL processes and the functioning of a service desk. Proficiency in French and good knowledge of technical English (reading/writing). Writing skills and analytical mindset. Ability to collaborate as a team member in projects. Logical, organized, rigorous, and good analytical skills. Sense of responsibility, good stress management, and proactivity. Sense of human relations, and tolerance. Team spirit and ability to work independently and willingness to learn.Start date: July 1st or to be agreed.
